I ordered a bouquet of twelve yellow roses for my friend's mother's funeral. The flowers were never delivered , but my credit card was charged. The florist would not refund saying the the "church people" said they received the flowers. No flowers. No refund. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. Update: I was contacted by the president of Shepherd Tipton and Hurst concerning my review. He was very kind and apologetic. Two dozen yellow roses were delivered to my friend at her workplace. Thank you so much for reconciling this matter with such grace.

We really appreciate this business. They were friendly and helpful as we were ordering from Dallas Tx. Another florist company basically told us they closed an hour early before the funeral and would leave our arrangement outside in the heat at the front door of the chapel... Shepherd Tipton was so kind and tried to help us in every way! Thank you for excellent service!

Came here several months back, bought flowers for a friend in the hospital. Very friendly staff, they cut fresh flowers for me because when I told them my friends favorite color it turned out that they didn't have a bouquet pre-made with only their color. So all around good service. Recommend if you can afford flower shop prices!

I want to thank this flower shop so much. I had a family loss on Sunday and several this year so i forgot to order my daughter a corsage for her prom. I remembered it on that Friday and went to their shop around 4:15. They said they couldn't fill another order and I broke down crying and explained my situation. I was so upset, but understood. A lady from the back came out and said to take my order and made my daughter the prettiest corsage for her prom. That is the best customer service ever. You went way above and beyond for a mother that was going through so much and to make a young girls prom really special. I can't thank you enough.

Tipton & Hurst in Pine Bluff are the BEST! After having called a couple of florist last-minute yesterday, they are the only ones who were happy to help me and sincerely put forth great effort to create the most beautiful arm bouquet for my granddaughter’s dance performance! It was so beautiful! The communication was stellar and staff actually stayed a few minutes beyond closing to graciously accommodate me! No wonder my husband buys my flowers from you all! You all helped put the biggest smile on my granddaughter’s face! Very satisfied and grateful! Tonya Green🫶🏽

Pine Bluff location is hands down the best! Wonderful staff willing to help you identify the perfect flower arrangement. I was very impressed with the plant arrangement I selected for a loved one. The staff went above and beyond to make the arrangement very special. Professional, courteous, and quality service. Why would I want to go anywhere else?
